We offer EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the same item.

You have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. 

Customer will be responsible for cost of shipping to send items back. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and have tags.

Your item must have no visible signs of wear or use (cannot be washed or altered)

Fashion, support hosiery, compression socks, and accessories cannot be returned.

Exchanges can be requested for a different size or color if item is in stock.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are processed Monday- Friday 9AM-5PM EST. All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
